The old and the new

It was a trifle cold today, and as cold is not one of the favoured photographic environments I went to the harbour in search of a Blip today. Not much moving on the shipping front, nothing whatsoever in fact while I was there. I decided to settle for a view of the old and new Maritime Operations Centres.
