Counting the pennies.

This morning Stu and I popped to merry hill. After yesterday I decided I wanted to try and get some Christmas decorations in the sale, and I thought I might be able to get a few more bargains for the house. I decided to cash in all my loose change while we were there - Stu has never used one of these machines before and was very impressed.
I failed on the shopping front as I got a faulty set of nativity decorations (Joseph is missing). I'm not supposed to be buying clothes but bought a new top, and have ordered two things on line which the shop didn't have in my size.
This afternoon we went to the pub with Jo and Si. We were supposed to be going to the red lion for cobs and chips but they were shut so we ended up at the Windsor Castle. A lovely afternoon making the most of my last day off - back to work tomorrow!
