A Night At the Theatre

OH loves Hitch Hikers To The Galaxy and when he found out that a live stage show featuring the original cast was coming to town he immediately booked tickets. The day arrived, G made sure his towel was clean and we set off to the Theatre.

We had pretty great seats which of course were so uncomfortable i now cannot sit up for a few hours! We got a shock when Jon Culshaw appeared as the voice Of The Book. He was hilarious, made lots of topical jokes and even did an impersonation of Brian Cox.

Started the evening off with a delicious Greek style meal, we had ice cream in the interval and then got soaked on the way back to the car. Loved every minute.

The photo is of the stage before the show got under way, would go and see it again tomorrow as it was excellent. G got himself a couple of items from the foyer, a HHGTTG towel and a lovely programme. In a couple of days we can download the whole show, radio style from the HitchikersLive.com site so have another memento of a fantastic evening.
