Rootes (formerly Costcutter) and Student Union

There has been so much space in this area after the works. I like it but this proved to be a very dangerous area for pedestrians as just after a few months of it being finished, two students were already hit by cars on separate occasions. Tsk3!

That building in the middle houses the Student Union (top floor) and a grocery store called Rootes Grocery Store (formerly Costcutter).
