Non-concentric Circles

It is easy to miss this new addition to the ever growing art installations within the campus if you are quite far from this. There is no information as to who the artist is as well but it looks pretty.

It has been zombie-like in the campus as it is Christmas day and all people have gone somewhere or maybe hung-over from last night. Me, on the other hand, worked at the lab until the wee hours of the morning.
