Gift from Frank

Arriving home from a friends party last night, I spotted this lying in the road outside our building. With some help it was moved to a safe place.
After a good inspection of our roof this morning we are pretty certain that it's not from our building.
So if anyone is missing a 2 metre long bit of lead flashing..... just let me know.
