The Christmas Pudding
Dad would have been proud of our efforts here. And the Fire Blanket was very close by. We saved doing this until we had more of the family to enjoy it. And it turned out Ch had not seen it done before.
The trick is to heat the brandy in a metal soup ladle over a cooker ring, then light the hot brandy just as you are about to pour it over the cooked pudding. Delicious, a real treat.
I have a houseful. Nine currently in residence. Four more join us tomorrow.
