Hello Frank!

The sixth Atlantic storm to hit the UK this winter, Storm Frank, hit us around lunchtime.
We are just getting the edge of it, Gale force gusts of wind and heavy rain but nothing compared to what they have suffered in the North West and Scotland. Floods continue and just as the flood levels are starting to drop along comes Frank.
