Jazz Brunching At Firestones!

I am so tired of staying home and feeling like crap that today I dragged myself into downtown Frederick with Tom and we enjoyed the Jazz brunch at Firestones.

Had a deconstructed clam chowder for starters along with a trio of deviled eggs, and then a very strange breaded tilapia sandwich which tasted gingery. I picked the breaking off and soaked it in vinegar and it was fine!

Had a wander around the "antique" mall and saw a years worth of old National Geographic's for $20 - you can't usually give them away - and an empty Mateus Rose bottle for $12!!!! Imagine how rich I'd be if I sold all our empties!!!! I did cave in and buy 4 prawn cocktail forks.
