Gone with the wind...

A stormy night and morning. Windy and very wet. it did eventually calm down a bit by lunch time.
Had the first calf of the season to jag for pneumonia. Despite all being vaccinated,the weather still plays a huge part in the onset of pneumonia. This changeable,mild weather is ideal !. A temp of 103.5 F so gave it a good dose of antibiotics and an anti inflammatory . Hope that does the trick.
Was greeted by the new open plan shed at first light,thanks to a storm called Frank. Luckily,we are far enough up in the hills to avoid floods,or if we ever do,then most of Edinburgh will be under the Forth !
