Lunch.

Considering I'm retired and should have all the time in the world, I still can't find anything to blip.  So it's my lunch.  Which looks sort of healthy, that is if I got rid of the Ranch dressing, the cheese, the spam, etc.

I'm sure I eat more now.  I have breakfast, which I never had when I worked, lunch and dinner.  I try not to have too many snacks.  I know I've put on weight.  My plan when I retired was to still walk every day, but that didn't happen.

Mind you Isabella keeps me on my toes, so I expect I'll lose weight running after her soon.
