Porridge

My waistline is glad of this breakfast as I try to return to pre Christmas shape as opposed to just round. Back to work today which was interesting trying to find some corneas for a Pakistani boy needing a graft. Due to the reduction in corneal donors there's an embargo on British corneas going to non domiciles so I have a tricky search ahead.
Long day, detox threatened a migraine but Hobbit 3 at Moorflix staved it off. Extended version was a complete treat and got me in the mood for a LOTR marathon again.
