16. HOLIDAY!!!!!

Today's song is Holiday by Vampire Weekend. Another quirky song from a very quirky band. I saw them live at T in the Park a few years back and they were brilliant!

1st day in Paris today, weather is perfect, sunny and warm, and we have done a lot of sight seeing in the first afternoon we have had here. Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Senate buildings, Pantheon etc etc. I have never been to Paris before so have been looking forward to this for AGES!! And it certainly hasn't disappointed!

This photo was taken at the Louvre art museum. The sun was beginning to fall in the sky and the shadows being cast across the floor coupled with the blue sky and glass pyramid made it too hard not to photograph this!
