Tiles

A grey day - and a slow blip day!

We went out for our walk around midday and although it wasn't actually raining at the start it felt damp and miserable.

About half way round - at the furthest point from home - the heavens opened and boy did it rain! Glad I was waterproofed up! Finlay was not happy (as usual) and kept stopping to shake the rain off!

I managed to grab this shot about two minutes before it rained - a little stack of roof tiles waiting to be be used - although they have been there for years I wonder if they will ever see a roof again!

I have converted to mono although there was almost no colour in the image to begin with!

We had a little surprise late in the afternoon, our daughter popped in with her husband and baby Jessica. They were on the way home from a friends house and brought us back some bits we had left behind at Christmas.
