Deerstalking

Don't want to be too optimistic but so far today - NO RAIN.

So, took advantage of the weather and went out for a cycle. I got distracted by some cows when I heard a twig break on the opposite side. As I turned a young deer was running away from me. Drat.

I carried on my way expecting today's blip to be of a cow however, as I started for home I spotted the deer again in the field. She saw me this time but just carried on munching the grass. Pity she hadn't been closer but just means will have to go deerstalking again before she move on.
