Kilda and the Swans

J’s parents left today. Spent the morning in before dropping them off at the train station. We then took Kilda down to the parliament to go for a walk around the pond to meet the ducks and swans. She had a great time until we came to the swans. They were very big and she wasn’t happy about them, however she did get a bit better by the time we left. Decided that we need to get a carpet for the stairs going up to the drawing room as they are stead but also being wooden they are slippy for when the dog starts to climb them. Went to Carpet Right to have a look in the sale and also the get Kilda a new bed as she wet the other one last night when we didn’t get to her in time. Always good to have a spare.
