Storm Frank

We were hit by storm Frank last night, wet and windy in Glentrool but major flooding in Newton Stewart and many other places in the region. The bridge up the road by the visitor centre has been badly damaged, the water must have risen at least 15 feet and whole trees have been swept along with it taking the railings and part of the stonework with them.
