After the deluge

Major flooding yesterday in the Dee Valley . Our thoughts are with our chums in Ballater who have major flooding in their house  .
The Dee is still in spate this afternoon but I would have been under 3-4 ft of water yesterday taking this picture so things certainly improving  . A few folk near here had to be evacuated ( including an old folks home ) but I think we fared far better than folk in Aboyne and Ballater .
