Hogmanay

11am - first car load departed heading north.  

1 pm - second car load departed, also heading north. 

F and Ch were due to head south at 3.40 pm, but the train was cancelled because of flooding near Lockerbie and north of Carlisle. After several phone calls, they were dropped off at Glasgow Central, bus journey to Carlisle, and then a later train to London.  Now safely home.

We decided to stay put, warm and dry, and enjoy a wee bit of Phil and Aly to bring in the New Year.
