WELL IT HAD TO BE...

.... a shot based around the "mighty Nepean River" here in Penrith.

We have been put a challenge today by the team at BlipFuture to incorporate "Blip" in our pic for today. What a sterling attempt they have set to keep this wonderful platform going.

What does it mean to me?

Coming up to 1,000 Blips it was a time with retirement and recovery from prostate cancer op, had a lot of changes happening in our lives. 

Photography had always been in my "blood" as you have seen from my "Back When" series, and stumbled on Blip and decided to give it a go. Never ever did I think it would such an enjoyable daily activity.

Not only from the photography aspect of using the camera each day, but over time finding contact and friendships both locally and from all around the world. Having a Blipmeet is like a tonic in one's life!

The hi light of course, would have to be the meet in April this year in Wanaka New Zealand, a photo from this meet was even picked and used in the video for "Blip Future".

Loved the way these two guys coming in on their kayak were yelling to see if I had "pledged".... assured them all covered and hope they had as well???
