Family

As an ex pat your colleagues quickly become friends, and good friends become your extended family. The people you turn to when things go wrong, the ones you celebrate with when exciting events happen. There has been much celebrating recently as well as a few tears but my Jordanian extended family will always have a place in my heart and access to my spare room!

There are the families that we are born into, and there are the families that we choose, our circle of friends. Whilst their faces may change over the course of our lives, the joy they bring remains constant.
