Hidden Treasure

Back in 2010 a forum friend of mine convinced me and several other members to join this fab new thing she'd found called Blipfoto.  The idea was to challenge ourselves to take a themed photograph every single day for a whole year.

We started off with good intentions, but many of us fell to the wayside, including myself.  Yet Blipfoto had this strange pull that despite my absences and gaps, kept me coming back for more.

When I started Blip my photography was what I would term 'holiday snapish', I'd like to think I have improved vastly and all thanks to Blip and it's community of encouraging like minded people.  I have made some truly amazing friends through Blip who have seen me through the highs and lows of the last five years.  I am forever grateful for the time I have spent on Blip and the people I have gotten to know and form friendships with.  Thank you.
