Star Swan

Met Alex today for a walk around the Helix in Falkirk. It was a gorgeous morning - lovely blue skies and the Kelpies of course were wonderfully photogenic in such light. However, it was this photo of part of a swan's head that I have chosen for today. I was just snapping away as it bibbed and bobbed around, not sure if I would get anything in focus as it wasn't for staying still at all. When I looked later though I liked this one with the tiny star shaped feathers leading down onto the black bump.
