Desert Trip Blipforever

Wahiba Sands in Oman, is a long drive but we'll worth it-you enter another world of calm and emptiness, just endless bright orange sand dunes and a track that goes from one end to the other. It is stunningly beautiful, but of course to enter this potentially dangerous desert you have to go very well prepared and of course before you enter the deep soft sand you have to let your tyres down to 15psi for your 4 wheel drive to make any kind of progress. What a fantastic day we had and of course we saw some specialist Desert loving birds, such as this Hoopoe Lark in my Extras.
