Pavlova Palaver

I've never successfully made meringue before and in truth, today was only a partial success. Ruined the first two before achieving something remotely passable.
This was quite impressive once finished and made a lovely last course for our dinner party with friends not seen for a year. It was a lovely evening.
School work and tidying up for most of the morning. Reality creeping in.
