New hat

I wouldn't normally spend a lot on a hat but I saw this and it's soooo warm. R got it for me for Christmas. I put it on yesterday and man it kept me warm as I'm still struggling with a cold.
Today I met Pip for a coffee and a natter. Came home and went in the garden as the sun had shown up. I cleaned all of the front up including cutting the buddlia down. I then had to help the elderly neighbours as their car wouldn't start- flat battery. I gave them a lift into town and took them into the shops as they needed 6 sprouts and a leek?!?! They didn't have organic carrots....tut tut.
Came home and made a curry. I am refusing to take my hat off.
Sadly we will be missing the party tonight. I'm popped and still full of snot.
