New Year's Day Walk

This morning the girls and the little boys and I all went for a walk to the little village several miles from our home. It was minus 8 when we awoke this morning, so the walk was a chilly one, but the view the entire way is my blip today. The trail winds through woods with trees heavily laden with snow. We rewarded ourselves with a coffee drink when we got there, and Jake went ice skating for the first time.
Grateful today for....enough exercise in the morning to make up for an afternoon of football watching.
