New Year's Day baking

Great little day today with Chris!

Went for a walk and it was bitter cold! But we popped into a cafe for hot chocolate (mine) and beer (Chris's) and ended up having some lunch there too! Lovely little place to eat called 'How Do You Like It?' on the marina in Hartlepool! Great little bites selection!

Then a little walk again and a rummage through the George sale at Asda and then we were home. Snuggled up and watching films. Left over New Year's Eve food for tea and I did some baking! Made melting moments! Such a quick little recipe I should really bake more! They were yummy and a total hit with Chris too :)

I would rather bake my own goodies like these than buy them...stress relief of baking, less processed foods, no preservatives and chemicals and other stuff and makes where ever you bake them smell amazing!
