Through new eyes

A new year's day full of food, laughter and family. Just great.

Before all that, Karen and I walked up to the flagpole in Queens Park. A chance to blow off the cobwebs and for me to take part in the PledgeBlipfoto initiative.

I see the world differently thanks to Blip. Its made me look more closely, enquire, create. I often snap a quick blip on my phone but this journey has also been about improving my skills, first with the compact Canon in the picture and now with a new mirrorless Olympus which took it.

Looking at the future there are other ways and places to post a photo or two. But only one where a community of lovely people will see it, comment, engage and nurture.
