Blip future

Jan 1, 2016.   The first time our family has been all together on the island for New Years  ..it's been incredible --clear and cold and frosty..our beach doesn't get any sun right now and the frost is thick mid afternoon but you can see the sun on Galiano Island  in the background... .My very first blip was in May 2010 ...Tatum.. HERE … Fiona was 4 months old… I love watching these kids grow…and I absolutely love the year ago feature .  Where else can one have such a lovely record so easily and beautifully ?  Going on year 6...I've got 5 books of blips.... yes one could do it anyway, but it wouldn't be so much fun. I haven'y found another site that comes close..
Today I gave them each a piece of paper and assigned them a letter—I love all the different styles - just like all their personalities are different.   Fiona was the first and I said please make me a big fancy P—I love the happy face..Oskar had to use tape, Nikand Tatum are into designs.,

Of course the other reasons are the lovely supportive community with its different styles and nationalities… and learning so much about so many things in the world as well as, yes, Photography!   I’ve just started to read through the many testimonies of people who can say it way better than I—but seeing all the “blip”s on the thumbnails is really fun.  (but why aren't there even more?)   It would be a shame if we lost all of this..  I would urge anyone who hasn’t already pledged to please help save blip…see
