We had Rain ...

but not very much. We needed so much more. 

I took this shot of the Gladiolus from the door. Wish I could have gotten closer to get the detail of the water droplets. The apricot Gladiolus was just out of reach to got a shot of it. They are lovely to see in the garden. 

Apart from a lovely unexpected phone call from Vancouver, today was very uneventful. I finished my good book the other day and the one I am reading just now really isn't as good.
