Like Riding a Bike...

Today I cycled 5km down to the Almondvale Stadium for the new Livingston Parkrun time trial test run.

The first official run is next week and around 150 are expected. 71 turned out today and it was lots of fun.

My Garmin recorded a time of 26:57 for the 5km.

I cycled back home before we all went out for a 6.5km family bike ride in the afternoon.

I'm sure I'll sleep tonight after all that exercise!
