Snow

Not heavy, but enough for the children to have had fun playing in today. 

It's just so cold we are very concerned for the refugees who will be miserable in their tents and unfinished buildings. The price of each amp of electricity and kerosene for heaters has gone up lots so keeping warm is even harder for them. It just adds to the general sense of sadness and hopelessness here.
