Saturday morning Men's Pilates Class

With fewer participants today due to holidays we were able to use the stability balls. This class ranges from age 77 to 27, male athletes. It was a fun class and I brought our specialty to share - peanut butter balls/energy bites. My sweetie is in the centre of this photo, the furthest away (in fine form I might add). If you look through the window straight ahead you see the clubs beautiful big willow tree tipped over and uprooted. It fell over some time Friday and it is very sad as it offered fabulous shade in the hot summers. We will really miss it. As we were packing up and heading to breakfast with everyone after Pilates the tree service pulled up and was starting to dismantle and chip the tree, very sad..... Now home watching young son's UK hockey game online while taking down the decorations. By end of day Sunday the house will be spotless and back to normal, ready for a fresh new year and back to work on Monday.
