There is an alarming space.......

........where our car should be! We popped into Williton this morning for a few bits and.....the car died just as we were going down the hill into the village. Nothing, zilch, kaput! We had had to stop in a very awkward spot, so R rang the RAC and they said that they couldn't come for 3 hours or more. Fair enough but rather galling when an RAC van drove past us.....

Eventually we asked a brilliant friend and he came and towed R to the garage which was about a mile away. Left it there for Monday! Who knows what the diagnosis may be. Will have to wait for the verdict now.

Missed the lunch part we were going to and have spent the afternoon cooking for family lunch tomorrow.
