Xmas pud

Missed out on traditional Xmas food this year, but determined to catch up now.   The only puddings left were for 8 people, so there will be more than plenty for me over the next week or so  - no one else seems to like it......... Didn't go as far as setting it alight this lunchtime, but I did manage to get some brandy butter to eat with it...
