Greater Spotted Woodpecker

Took a trip over to Moore Nature Reserve this morning to try out my new telephoto lens.  Even though the light was awful and it was drizzling most of the time, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the lens.

When the weather improves I should hopefully be able to get some good shots.

The extra is of a flock of Long Tailed Tits mobbing the feeder.  I love these birds, they have such big personalities for such little birds :-)
