A relaxing lie-in and the joy of my own bed. Enjoyment of the first of my running books which is spurring me on to be super motivated.

A glorious 6km run around the block and the glory of it being t-shirt weather in January.

A wonder into town and the purchase of a new watch battery, in the endeavour to be less dependent on my phone.

A trip to the movies with SS. A wonderfully shot, brilliantly acted but fairly tragic story: The Danish Girl.

Posh drinks with the musketeers (dry January for me though) followed by a delicious curry with the musketeers (because food is better than alcohol anyway).

Back to the joy of my bed.
