The Calm after the "Storm"

It probably wasn't a good idea to visit Ikea Southampton at this time of the year, but despite the crowds it was a successful trip.  It also yet again proved the benefit of Mum's Blue Card which allowed us to park next to one of this massive store's exits - though obviously she would much rather be more mobile!

Afterwards we took a detour down to Hamble-le-Rice on the Solent and I spent a happy half hour or so wandering along the promenade getting shots across the River Hamble.
