Mixed veg curry

As I was cooking our supper this evening I realised that once again I’d not picked the camera up today. So this must be considered an emergency blip. This is the start of the mixed veg dish cooking – veg oil with cumin seeds flashed and then the veg added (more to be added before it’s finished). We had one of my Chicken Madras dishes with Mushroom Bhaji and Pilau rice with it. High praise from wife who thought it "spot on"!
