Day 12 - En Francais

Today was my second session with a local telemark association, Val Montjoie Telemark. I signed up a week ago and took a deep breath. Telemark skiing is hard enough already, but this group are all French, and my language skills are really poor, and really not up to this. But it’s good to jump in the deep end sometimes, and so far they seem very tolerant of the English guy who doesn’t say much, and just follows the pack. I really hope I can become part of this.
I should mention the biggest news of the season so far. IT’S SNOWING.
