Ready for the British 10K

Yes indeed, the sign outside my office on Northumberland Avenue shows that it will be closed on Sunday for the British 10K London Run.

I'm taking part in aid of The Connection At St Martins, who do splendid work for homeless people in London. Vivien will be dodging the rain in various coffee shops along the route.
