Fog/Smog?

Left side last year   - right side today
Not sure if this was fog or smog. The pollution index rated today as moderate (although yesterday was high) but either way it isn't a pretty sight.

I will continue to pledge to Blip and am really hoping it can go forward ......but I will ask the question is there an alternative site that anyone knows of?   Only to be considered if all else fails.
