Rain, rain, go away

What can I say, it's dark, it's wet and it's been raining most of the day, this just about sums it up. Will this rain ever stop?
But I have had a good day despite the weather, a short and gentle time at the gym with my friend Claire this morning and then a trip to the cinema this afternoon to celebrate my friend Lorraine's birthday. We went to see The Danish Girl, amazing film, highly recommended by me despite lukewarm reviews.
