Daffodils

After a lazy morning listening to the rain outside, the sun finally made an appearance this afternoon so we went out for a stroll to blow the cobwebs away.

It was a lovely afternoon filled with muddy puddle jumping, blue skies, bare branches and these gorgeous vibrant yellow daffodils blooming merrily despite the weather of late. These seem to be everywhere at the moment which is fab to see this early in the year and I'm just hoping we don't get bad frosts later on that wipe them all out.

So far 2016 has been good to me - although I start my weight loss journey with Slimming World tomorrow which may not be so kind. Ah well, onwards and upwards!
