Another lazy morning indoors, thanks to a succession of heavy showers, was followed by a lovely blow along the Pembrokeshire Coast from Trefin to Abercastle, where we came back via a Neolithic burial chamber (see extra). The capstone rests on only 3 of the 6 uprights, is over 5 metres long and over 5,000 years old. And yes, very heavy.
