A week of sheep

Decided to start the year off with paintings of sheep.  I'm trying to get more primitive, light, expressive and fun and sheep seem to lend themselves to that!  I have done two small paintings so far in pastel.  Today I'm moving on to an "ooze" technique I learned from Cathe Gill, a fantastic local artist here in Seattle. So it's fun with sheep for me.
