Been thinking a lot about a teenager who seemingly was given the best opportunities and the best room in the house, up in the loft with her very own bathroom etc... and who is now having a really tough time with depression. And how maybe just hanging out with her family, being together might've made a difference to the current outcome. Then I thought of our Luce up in the most spacious, prettiest room in our house, in the loft on her own and how maybe she might feel left out sometimes or lonely. I thought praps she might enjoy sharing a room with Sam and being on the same level as the rest of the family and when SHE asks for space or a ROMO (room of my own), then she can move upstairs.
SO the kids are in together, Luce has graduated to a big girls bed and they've never been happier, loving going to bed, choosing to hang out and play for hours in their room, giving us more opportunity to rest actually! Definitely a good move. Sammy actually thanked me for letting him share with Lucie 'like mommy and daddy get to share'... Cute!!
