First Day in Paradise

A very early start this morning meant we were in Port Douglas by 11am. We wanted to meet up at the beach market with some friends who are also staying here but a sudden tropical downpour sent us running for cover. We ended up at a restaurant for a seafood lunch and a glass of wine overlooking the water. Of course, I had no camera with me but Hubby's iPhone came to the rescue. It is apparently a beautiful spot to watch the sunset so we will definitely be back to watch the birds and the sunset and to eat a bucket of prawns.
