Christchurch Blip Meet

Today I met the very lovely Gingernan for morning coffee which turned into lunch. It will come as no surprise to learn that she is just as lovely as her journal and it was great to hear first hand about her passion for her bird rescue work.

The afternoon was spent exploring more of the city, starting with the tram ride which is a great way to get your bearings. There was time for a visit to the recently opened art gallery before exploring the very beautiful botanic gardens. A great end to what has been an amazing trip ... And against all odds the weather stayed fine!
